High Strength Corrosion-resistant Pre-Engineered Building with 50+ Years Service Life for Industrial Plants

This project represents a heavy-duty Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) complex designed for high-capacity industrial manufacturing. The facility features a multi-span portal frame and box-column hybrid structure, ensuring maximum clear space for heavy machinery and overhead crane operations. All structural components were strictly fabricated in our facility, undergoing rigorous QA/QC processes before dispatch.

As shown in our fabrication facility records, all primary and secondary steel members are manufactured using high-grade structural steel, processed via CNC equipment to ensure on-site bolting precision.

• Precision Manufacturing: CNC cutting and automated submerged arc welding ensure that all H-beams and box columns meet exact fabrication tolerances, eliminating the need for on-site modifications.
• Strict Welding Standards: All critical welds are tested via Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) in compliance with AWS D1.1 structural welding codes.
• Heavy-Duty Packaging: All large structural members are properly braced, stacked, and padded with steel pallets to prevent deformation and coating damage during ocean freight (optimized for 40'OT and 40'HQ containers).
• Traceability: From raw steel plate batches from top-tier mills to the final painted column, every component is marked and traceable.
