Standard PEB designs cannot accommodate the complex geometric and load requirements of modern, multi-tier industrial processing plants. The project illustrated above demonstrates our capability to execute highly customized steel structures. By utilizing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM), we resolve spatial conflicts between structural steel, heavy overhead cranes, and mechanical routing before fabrication begins.

  • Multi-Level Framing: The structure features varying roof elevations and integrated mezzanine floors designed for heavy live loads.
  • Crane Support Systems: The 3D cutaway reveals independent crane runway beams integrated into the primary framing, engineered to support the dynamic braking and lifting loads of high-capacity bridge cranes.
  • Custom Openings: Precision-framed roof and wall openings for ventilation, equipment exhaust, and material handling bays.
Fabrication Focus: Heavy-Wall Circular Hollow Sections (CHS)

While standard H-beams are sufficient for many projects, this facility utilizes heavy-duty steel pipes—Circular Hollow Sections (CHS)—for its primary columns. CHS profiles provide superior compressive strength and equal multi-directional bending resistance, making them highly efficient for tall structures subjected to complex wind or seismic shear forces.

  • Raw Material Selection: We source high-tensile, heavy-wall seamless or LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipes to serve as the main load-bearing columns.
  • CNC Machined Base Plates: The foundation connection is the most critical node. As shown, we utilize exceptionally thick steel base plates. Every anchor bolt hole is drilled using multi-axis CNC machines to a tolerance of ≤ ±1.0mm, ensuring a perfect fit with the cast-in-place foundation bolts.
  • Full-Penetration Welding: The junction between the tubular column and the heavy base plate is secured with full-penetration groove welds, preventing base plate yielding under extreme lateral loads.
  • Surface Protection: The finished CHS columns are mechanically shot-blasted to remove mill scale and coated with an industrial-grade anti-corrosive system, ready for containerized export and harsh environmental exposure.
